Speed up VMware

This could be very useful.
Indeed for me, one of the problems with using VMware Server (don't really like Player although I understand in some respect it's better than Server) is that the VMs running in it can seem slow.
Well, although I don't use VMs very often, I'm certainly going to try this tip.
