Custom Keyboard Shortcuts in Ubuntu

Didn't know this was so easy. Must try it on my EeePC.

Edit: Just did it on the EeePC and it works perfectly. I used Ctrl+O=Opera, Ctrl+T=Terminal and Ctrl+H=Home folder.
All work very well and may be even better than AWN for launching frequently used stuff.
