How to add repos to Foresight Linux

I just picked this up from this forum post as I've never actually thought of adding repos to Foresight.
Now that I know how it's done maybe I'll experiment. However, I'm still not sure exactly what type/form the repo must be in to be accepted in this list.

Here's what required:
You can insert more repositories in the /etc/conary/config.d/foresight file. At the right side of installLabelParth, add the label you want, like for example "foresight.rpath.org@fl:2-devel". Don't forget to leave a white space after the label. Then run "pkcon refresh" in a shell to have the set of available packages updated
