Free ISO burner for Windows

I used to use an ISO burner for Windows (can't remember what it was called but seem to recall the guys name was Russian sounding). However, it wouldn't burn DVDs.
Well, problem solved with this app. Of course this assumes that I will need to burn an ISO DVD in Windows again which is by no means certain. I may well expire without ever having needed to do this.
