Yes, 21 of them here.
Of course, you can never overlook the very strong possibility that anything free is either misleading, just plain crap or doesn't work at all.
I tried one or two of these (Awesome Highlighter was one) and haven't yet found on that actually works for me. Awesome highlighter can't highlight pages that involve login and/or frames so that ruled out using it for emails.
Nevertheless, a lot of them do look good.

Another 100 here. Some of these I've already mentioned in this blog. However, in a quick look through can't say that I spotted any that I'd be in a big rush to try out.
