Online photo-editing

I've been looking for a convenient photoeditor for some time and this one, Wiredness looks good.
Only problem I have with it so far is that, even for photos that are on your computer, they need to be uploaded (well, of course, if it's an online app) which can be time-consuming.
Nevertheless, the online thing make sit convenient.
Haven't checked yet if you can store some photos on-line.
