Improve permissions dialog in Nautilus

This sounds good although I don't yet know if it does what I want.
My major problem in Nautilus with permissions is that the "Apply Permissions to Enclosed Files" just doesn't work.
But using

chown -R -h paul:paul Foldername

worked perfectly in that all enclosed files/folders had their permissions changed.
Maybe this hack will improve this. I'll try it tomorrow.
