Use conary to upgrade Foresight Linux
Although I haven't used it, this seems like a command that might come in handy some day before the end of my life.
sudo conary migrate group-gnome-dist=@fl:2
Not sure though whether it's for upgrading to the "latest" version or just to FS2.0

That command will update your machine to the latest version of group-gnome-dist. It will remove any packages that are not part of group-gnome-dist. As long as you want just what is in Foresight Linux (GNOME Edition) installed, this is a quick and easy way to keep your machine updated.
