EyeCandy for WinXP

One of my rare Windows moments. This looks interesting and perhaps can liven up that old, dour glumness of WinXP.

Edit (17-05-2008):OK, I tried this on WinXP VM in VMware Server on the desktop and it installs easily and seems to work fine without too much else to be done.
Well, it's not spectacular and certainly nothing like compiz-Fusion but it does add something. However, it doesn't seem to work on all windows that are opened (which spin around for a bit before finally opening). Not sure why this is.
