Transparent terminal in Ubuntu

I tried something similar to this some time ago and it never really worked well. That one was based on Devil's Pie and the thread in Ubuntu Forums is still going strong.

I haven't tried this new one but it looks more soundly base. Might try it some time when I 'm bored but no big rush.
