Install Ubuntu on MacBook -- Tutorial

As I already have Gutsy on my MacBook, I'm not in a rush to read this (very long, text only).
However, seems like there's aome good stuff here.
For instance, it tells how to modify the rEFIt conf file to make Ubuntu the default boot choice and to reduce the wait time to boot (default is 20 seconds).
