Get Vista 3D effects in XP

This looks pretty simple but I'm going to try it here in Brazil before I risk it at home.
Update (29-11-07): OK, I've tried this on a small computer here in Brazil (512 MB RAM, 32MB integrated graphics card) and it certainly works. However, the effect (where each open window displays in a sort of 3D line or queue) is slow and therefore not really so appealing.
However, it may very well be an awful lot better with a bigger graphics card and more RAM.
